Joellen Lambiotte, M.P.P.M.

Joellen is a Senior Program Advisor with Jhpiego, an affiliate of Johns Hopkins University. She leads major project startup teams, manages leadership transitions and is part of the global project management support team. She is a former management team member of Management Sciences for Health, Vietnam Country Representative for Pathfinder International (based in Hanoi) and Regional Africa Representative for Planned Parenthood Federation of America (based in Nairobi).
Having grown up in the South during the Civil Rights Movement, the issue of apartheid resonated with Joellen when she first visited South Africa in 1981. In 2009 /2010, she lived in East London, South Africa, where she led the startup of South Africa Partners’ Centers for Disease Control and Prevention-funded program — Integrated Access to Care and Treatment (I ACT).
Joellen has a M.P.P.M. from the Yale School of Management.
